Charging me for a car I no longer have

During June, I purchased a new car. I was insured with hollard PAYD and hence had a Skytrax device fitted in my car as part of the insurance arrangement at no charge. I called tracker and asked them to transfer the device into my new car. They advised that as I was out of contract it would be better to have a new device fitted in the new car. They told me how much I would have to pay (I think it was around R199 a month). They installed the device and for the last few months they have been debiting random amounts off my account.
On Friday I received an email saying that my car is in a NO GO area. That was odd, as my car was in the basement at work. Turns out that this is for my old car, which I told them to cancel. I logged into the system and saw that my old car is still listed. Found some invoices on the site and they are charging me for two cars... I need the old car cancelled and a refund paid into my account
