I received a letter with a rate increase in August. I called the ADT call centre and asked that my monthly rate not be increased by over R100 because my rate had already been reviewed. I was assured that my monthly rate would not change and this would be handled by the Accounts Department. I have had this problem before and the Accounts Department - again - has done nothing with the request. Why do I need to pay such high rates when promises are made and nothing is done about it? I want my rate reviewed, please and adjusted to the original rate. I want a letter emailed to me that says what my revised rate is and for how long it is valid. I want my rate adjusted to the revised rate. Nothing has changed since the last time I had this same problem.
