Good Day
I have been making electronic payments to ADT, using the customer reference number instead of account number (which I admit was incorrect). After 3 months later I get an sms from ADT saying they were going to cut my service of. After numerous phone calls and emails, ADT finally reconciles my account on which I raised queries and still have not received feedback. A supervisor called me promising to investigate and provide me a full report n why it took 3 months for the allocation of payments and the threatening SMS. And to date I have not received a response
Guess what today an agent called me on an email I Sent on the 6 Nov, he didn't know the full contents of the mail and obviously had not got feedback from the accounts department. Nor did he apologise for getting back to me 1 month later. I was really irate and told him so. He dropped the call on me.
ADT - your service, the promises u make is the promises you don't keep.
