I have settled both my loan accounts the 1st week in March this year. After numerous emails sent to this company to close this account and sent me a paid up letter no response was received until last week Tuesday! Over these past few months I still received emails and phone calls that my accounts was in arrears and needs to be paid. Each and every time I needed to explain to them that I've paid these accounts in full. As a customer I'm very disappointed with the service because it effected my credit bureau scoring and I've asked for it to be fixed and confirmation to be sent to me but still nothing from their side.
