I bought the the brand new vehicle brand and signed a contract with Tracker to beef up the security in my vehicle. The unit was faulty immediately after my 36 months contract completed and they kept debiting my account monthly. I called Tracker to report the case and also told them to reimburst the transaction that occured in the account, I have being taken from Pillar to Post not knowing what they are doing.

Eventually i was told that the refund will be done within Five working days and i waited till Farther Christmas came to my house, I made another call to them enquiring about my money, Then i asked to speak to one of the director, Then i was transferred to the directors complain department i was helped by the gentleman by the name of Mohammad Salten whom was extra uselles on solving the problem, The Months that i got paid for did not include the month of Feb and if i did not ask Mahommad about it they could have kept quite about it, Also transfering money in my account three times rather than doing one single transaction it will be batter as there are bank charges to be carried on my side, Mahommed said as Tracker they will not pay the bank charges. I will never recommend tracker.
