On 10/17/13 i received an email notifying me of the annual increase of my monthly service fees, to my surprise i was debited the new increased monthly service fees the same month (October) instead of being debited the new fees on December since my contract with Althiefs (Altech) began in December. I have been sent from pillar to post and i also have spent more money trying to solve this than what Althiefs owe me. To be honest i was not expecting this type of service from a respected company such as this.
Also note i was sent an email by Generio Stevens and Sharon from credit control who said that i will be refunded my money within 7-21 days but funny enough this has not been sorted. Really disappointing
