Cancellation of contract, bought new ca

I bought a car in March 2013 and I had a tracker installed.

I want to buy a new car, but to move the tracker to the new car costs R1 100 and to cancel the contract costs R 1 800.00. My existing car is traded in and why should I pay for the Tracker if the dealership will sell my car?

What should I do? I feel that it is not fair, because Tracker will get my money and money from a new owner.
