I Installed a Skytrax in my wife's Car in September 2012. Since then the unit is faulty and send wrong messages. I have spoken to many people and all of them promised they will fix it. After 3 months of this I asked them to remove it and refund me the money paid so far due to non service delivery. I even escalated it to the CEO's mailbox which helped Jack. The unit is still faulty and I still pay. I warn anyone considering Tracker to rather go with one of the other companies. Tracker and give no service. I will cancel my vehicle as well.
