I had a contract with C track South Africa for my Mitsubishi bakkie reg: tkv 468 gp, when the contract ended in June 2013, i called them to inform them that im not renewing therefore they should dtop debiting, the consultant told me to fax a confirmation letter of that and i did that on the 28th July 2013 but still they debited in July. I had to go to the bank and reverse the debit order. I had two contracts with them, the other one was for my hyundai H100, the device was installed on the 08 - 01 - 2013, I tested the device after 7 days as per their instructions, the device wasnt working. they sent me a technician on the 22nd Jan 2013 then the technician repaired it and told me that it will be working after a day or two. it never worked since then i called, spoke to a guy by the name of Louis and he ddnt help with anything because they never sent a technician and they are still debiting me for that since January.
