I rec'd a Statement dated 05/08/13 reflecting an amt due of R210 (once off annual fee for the radio), with a M65 Credit Transfer slip attached. i.e. requesting payment. On the 12/08/13 I paid the amount due. According to the contract the monthly debit order is R400.29. On the 02/09/13 my account was debited: R610.29: the monthly fee of R400.29 R210. On the 03/09/13 I explained the situation to Mputi who advised she must refer it to the Dealer Warranties Dept. I was told that the refund wld be done on the 13/09/13. On the 16/09/13 I phoned to query why the refund hadnt been done. Tunzukani said she wld refer to Mputi & advise. On the 18/09/13 Tunzukani advised the refund wld be done on 20/09/13. It had still not been done. on the 1/10/13 the normal debit order went off: R400.29, with no refund yet again. On 02/10/13 I spoke to Steven (A Senior member of staff) who advised he wld take it up with the person doing the refund. On 08/10/13 Steven referred me to Oswald who said he is doing the refund. Oswald apologised for the delay, but assured me that the refund wld definately be made on the 11/10/13. To date I have still not received a refund!
