I was billed incorrectly on my Sept statement by Tracker. After phoning, more than once, I was informed that I have 2 units in my bakkie. I did not ask for 2 units!!! Why must I pay for 2 units. After another call I was informed that this was a pro rata amount. I was billed in August for pro rata, how many times do you bill for pro rata? I was informed that someone will phone me back, this was on the 4th of October. Today 9th of October, I phoned again and was advice that the turnaround time for call backs are 5 working days. If this is how fast Tracker response to an enquiry/ complaint, I do not know how fast they will respond that day when I need them... 5 working days??? This service is unacceptable...
