I suspended my ADT account in July 2013. In Sep & Oct 2013 I receive a statement stating I owe ADT money for Aug 2013!!! This is effecting my credit rating, due to ADT's accounts department being asleep!
I phoned their Customer Care line, got disconnected the first time. The second time I get told they will e-mail the Credit Controller & request that they get back to me ASAP! Let's see if they are true to their word, as so far I have received nothing but BAD service from ADT. When I e-mail the Durban Branch Manager, my e-mails go unanswered!
