On the 14 August 2013 I received my Platinum Credit Card Statement with the following message at the bottom end of the statement."Due to your bank having returned your debit order for the second consecutive time your facility has been withdrawn."On 26 Aug 2013 I sent a mail to wealtcard@fnb and asked for clarification on the statement made above. To date no responce but an automated mail stating that I will be contacted. I did indeed close my FNB account in March 2013 because the account served no purpose and was more expensive than my account at another baking istitution. For the last 7 months I have been paying my FNB Credit Card by EFT or Cash Deposits on DUE DATE!!! Why the sudden turnabout as if I never pay my accounts..I take offence when I receive a mail to this effect. I pay my way and do not like the way FNB treates its clients.
