On 20 September 2013 I went to ADT's offices, signed a quote and paid the amount to have the work done as stipulated by invoice 297773.
The salesperson was Adrian Smith and I sent the proof of payment to him on the same day. It is now 30 September, 10 days later. To date, no-one has phoned me to book an installation date, although Mr Smith has promised repeatedly via email to tend to the problem. I have an email paper trail documenting his so-called "efforts" to sort it out, though nothing has come of it.
In the mean time ADT is happy to take a couple of hundred rand from me every month, but not to deliver a service. I have spent nearly R25 000 on security upgrades alone this year with ADT, been a client for almost ten years, and this is the type of service they expect me to be happy with.
It is disgusting and unacceptable.
