Bad service delivery to clients by Chubb Alarms

Gabeeba from the accounts department contacted me with regards to an amount of R350 that had to be paid for the instalation of their radio link, i paid the amount eventhough their agent John did not inform me about this chargable amount. Later started sending them e-mails and were repeatedly promissed my money will be refunded, have been waiting since middle March for that refund.
My alarm was activated on the 22 and 30th September whilst at work, their control room staff contacted me to inform me about it, i told them to dispatch a response vehicle because i was at work at the time, the staff on both occasions promised to call back, but they never did.
As clients we are paying for these kind of services and we expect to get value for money, at this stage i am very unhappy with the services i get from Chubb Alarms and would rather not want to deal with them any longer.
