I cancelled my ADT services over 3 months ago when we moved from KZN up to JHB which in itself was a nightmare ordeal to get ADT to actually do what was required of them. Just when I thought I was finally finished with these clowns I checked my bank statement this morning and wouldn't you know ADT have now deducted a monthly debit order from my account. I have no idea how they got the authority to do this but that I will take up separately. It is unacceptable to just take money from peoples accounts which are not due to you in any way shape or form, it basically amounts to! Everyone who has any contact with ADT needs to be very careful that they check the monthly amount taken off all the time as im sure this is far from an isolated incident. Now I have to go through the pain of getting my bankers to reverse this unauthorised transaction and waste a string of peoples time due to your companies incompetence. Make sure this is the last time this happens as next time I wont be so polite.
