We fitted an xpanda gate 6 years ago and have used them two times since. I really regret this as I complained to them twice about my security gate which is rusting. on both occasions they sent someone out to have a look and I have not heard from them since. pathetic aftersales service. next time I will try trellidoor or maxidor, . I also sent a complaint to the head office but no response has been received.
