Messed my cars braking system up

Technician was send out to install the tracker thereafter my car keeps braking lights on smell of discs as u drive they came back and said it was fixed drive again and still the same thing so the question is does the pesonal get training or what? Messing up a 400k car
not impressed at all it Must be taken out will go to another co
