Our building has recently changed from Enforce to ADT. In their promotional letter to our Body Corporate it was stated that every occupant could have a "stand alone" panic button at a charge of R30.00 per month. I have been a client of ADT for over a year and have been paying R132.47 monthly. (Enforce" did not have this facility). I have made numerous phone calls and sent several e-mails to ADT to adjust my monthly fees without any success. In my last e-mail I requested the e-mail address of their managing director, ADT did not bother to reply and I have had no feed back. As a pensioner, a hundred rand a month makes a huge difference to me. If that is ADT's attitude I wonder what their security is like.
