My first phone call to ADT was on Monday 13 in response to a request to test my panic button. One worked perfectly, the other one did not. Subsequently I have made 3 other phone calls over the last 2 weeks and was told repeatedly that a technician would contact/ visit me, so far silence. What kind of security does this company run? Our building is serviced by ADT security, my mobile panic buttons are paid for by me personally and not the building. With so much competion in the security business one would think that a company looks after it's customers.
