I have just called trackers service consultants, and they say they have received a report that i have pressed the panic button yesterday (which is correct) YESTERDAY, and I had to call them!!!

the unit is working correctly, my problem, is that no one has contacted me, or my next of kins... what is the point of paying for this service if no one bothers to contact me
people are to blame for the lack of service. (i have tried numerous times... check your reports)

I am the type of person who is EXTREMELY when it comes to safety and security... it makes no sense for me to not be able to have someone call me (or my next of kins) in an emergency situation and for R300 p/month is a complete waste for me... Matrix charges R99 p/month, the difference: they dont have a panic button, but trackers panic button populated a rather pretty report... kinda useless if im lying in a gutter.
WHAT THE IS A REPORT GOING TO DO!!!

i suggest this gets escalated to the relevant people as it makes more sense for me to use matrix, who costs a third of the price and does the same.
if im hijacked with my phone in the car, how am i supposed to notify tracker? thats the point of the panic button
