I called the ADT call centre 3 weeks ago and requested that my subscription be cancelled at the end of December. I am on monthly contract and thus a 30 day notice period is required. The consultant advised that I mail a specific e-mail address and request the cancellation. I did this on the same day. I received an automated response saying that they are busy and will revert at the soonest. Today, 3 weeks later, after following up telephonically and via a second mail, I still have not received a response nor confirmation of my cancellation. Makes me wonder how we expect a company with so poor response times to take care of our security needs.
