In mid 2012, our alarm was activated. Our landlords were out of the country. Enforce could not get hold them and dispatched a vehicle to our home. Our landlord's children arrived at app. 5pm and saw our garage door forced open and informed us. The note left by Enforce stated that all was in order.
We had Enforce here the following morning to explain why he did not inform us that our garage has been broken in to. The guard dispatched said the following: "I thought it was an old door".
Today, 31/08/2013 at /- 11H20 (me and my husband both at work) I received a call that our alarm was activated. I requested Enforce to dispatched a vehicle while and I left work immediately. I arrived home to find our kitchen window forced open. I phoned Enforce to ask them where the dispatched car was, which they replied to: "He was already there". Afraid to go into our home, I waited for Enforce to arrive. Our neighbors waited outside for me, and told me they saw guys running through their property a few minutes before I have arrived. Which means that Enforce left while the criminals were in our home.
Why do security companies get away with this? Shouldn't they be held accountable!?
