NOT AMENDING DEBIT ORDER AS REQUESTED

I HAVE CALLED NETSTAR AND REQUESTED FOR MY DEBIT ORDER DATE TO BE AMENDED TO BE ON THE DATE THAT MY SALARY IS DEPOSITED
FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST, THE DEBIT ORDER WENT OFF ON 2 SEPTEMBER, INSTEAD OF 20 AUGUST WHICH RESULTED IN MY BANK CHARGING ME A R115 REVERSAL FEE
I CALLED THEM AGAIN ON 19 SEPTEMBER AND THE CONSULTANT ADVISED ME THAT IT WAS NOT AMENDED, BUT THAT SHE WOULD DO IT IMMEDIATELY. I REQUESTED THE TELEPHONE RECORDING WHERE I REQUESTED FOR THE DATE TO BE AMENDED TO THE 20TH OF EVERY MONTH. I WAS ADVISED THAT I WOULD GET THE RECORDING ON 20TH SEPTEMBER FOR THE LATEST, BUT UP UNTIL TODAY, 23 SEPTEMBER, I RECIEVED NO FEEDBACK. I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE THIS MORNING AND ADVISED THE CONSULTANT THAT I NEED THE RECORDING. I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES, BUT HAD TO ABONDON THE CALL BECAUSE I AM AT WORK, AND HAVE DUTIES TO ATTEND TO
