12 August I received an email from Chubb saying I have an outstanding amount of R172.00 on an invoice. I replied the same day with:
"I have relayed this message to my accountant who asked if you could please send the original invoice that has the outstanding amount."
I had no further reply from Christopher.
Last week they deducted the money from my account without replying to my earlier request, or my permission.
