I advised standardbank call centre with the following reference number 53781032 and 53900021 and 520820125, to change my debit order date from the 20th to the 30, in which i have reference numbers that says they amended it, nothing was done, i desputed the debit orders, since the 20th of June, nothing has happend as yet, there are 5 desputes, ranging up to R575 each, unpaid at R115.00, when i called in today, they advised that i need to refer to my branch, no call backs, no communications from anyone at standardbank with regards to the progress, how many times must i call in to get this sorted out, call centre is unable to help and the branch does not open on saturdays.
