I called the multichoice call centre on the 20th of August to advised them that i 'm extending the house and would like their services to be suspended because of the fact that i'm bulding. so I spoke to a consultant I think his name was Neo, of which he agreed to do so. for what i know, I pay multichoice before they provide me with service. so its a pre paid service. so on the 25th of August the debited me of which I though maybe their mag tape was already sent to the bank. I then reversed the debit order. the next month they did the same thing in September. I then received a call from the outbount team in November telling me that i owe R2600. I advised them why because I asked for Disconnection. he advised me that he cant see anything on his side, he will refer my query to the call centre. so yersteday I called the call centre, spoke to Rebbecca who confirmed to me that they cant find my call recording dated the 20th of August... i asked her if calls are recorded she confirmed yes. So now my question is If I was not paying why did you provide service for months, and I cant even prove it because the house was half done, no was was living there except the builders who slept outsi
