After speaking to Jiten last month about a unit that needs to be installed and another that I need paid off I was asked if my account should be debited, I clearly said on two occasions to him NOT to debit my account with the R1300. Come end of Aug, a debit for R1300 my other service amounts was deducted. I started to phone on the 2nd and on the 3rd came through to Netstar. I explained my story and was told that the problem would be rectified immediately! On the 4th I received an email to confirm all of this. On the 6th I phoned again as happend, spoke to Eustacia, who said that the credit controller said within 7 working days and it was confirmed with email. I phoned the 13th again and spoke to Eustacia again who said that the credit controller said money in my account on the 18th. Today is the 18th NO money back! I told you that I will open a case of and have all units removed and I will take them to your Midrand office!! 1st call you'll get is from me at the SAPS office and later today you will see me with the units at your offices! Enough is now Enough. I have rights, if I I go to jail, bear the consequences of your actions!
