For the last four months i have had a problem with my alarm system. The signal reaches the control room late and sometimes it doesn't at all. When it does reach it ADT calls me ten minuted late. I can be dead by than.
I sent numerous emails and request to please send someone out to fix my system but this has not happened nor did i get any phone calls.
Eventually I opted to cancel when a supervisor called me and promised that someone will call to get my system fixed, This did not happen.
I sent a final email saying that you have a week to fix my alarm or else I am cancelling. Somebody calls and says they would like to book a technician so I listen. One of the conditions was that they must send a technician after hours because i work and also because of the bad service I received i felt that they should accommodate me.
The guy still had the guts to tell me he cannot do this as they will need to charge me for after hours.
I have had it with ADT. This is my last resort and if nothing comes of this complaint its goodbye to ADT.
