In January 2013, we phoned their accounts department for an Invoice for January and were told by the person in accounts that our service had been suspended. I immediately cancelled our contract with them after trying numerous times to speak to their Financial Director or Managing Director - each attempt left me hanging for 15 minutes or more until I either put down or was disconnected.
In March 2013, an outside contractor eventually arrived to take out ADT's property from our premises.
ADT are claiming service fees for January, February and March 2013 which we have not paid and they now threaten to hand us over to their Legal Department
Firstly, they should jack up their accounts department and send their operators to "How to win friends and influence people" classes - Then they should answer the calls, faxes and e-mails directed to their accounts department head and then finally they may have a business worth dealing with
I have also cancelled 2 contracts previously for 2 directors of our company due to the same BAD ATTITUDE of ADT's Administration staff
