Shocking service

I have not recieved any response since the last complaint about ADT on this site. no one contacted me or tried to sort ths out.
in short i was paying for a service that was not given. an alarm that wasnt connected to ADT controll room, rep did not sent technician as promised, i was assured contract to be cancelled over a year a ago, only after i continuously stopped my debit orders (which cost me R70 a time) did they cancel it, but it was suppose to have been done a very long time ago and I was promised a full refund.gong into 2 years now.
