Still waiting for my credit/refund

I paid R600 on 29th July via EFT for 2 months service and then debit orders have been going off my husband's bank account. I've sent an email to [Email Removed] and called your accounts department on two occasions. Both times they said somebody from the credit department will call me back and nobody called. Please refund the R600 or credit it to the account immediately and stop the debit order for 2 months or I will be stopping the debit order on my husbands account and cancelling my service with your Company!
