Taking responsibility

ADT go it wrong.. alarm went off and it took armed response 27 minutes to respond.

I complained and after the frustration of dealing with the call centre and monitoring room, I was put through to Samuel, the area manager.

He dealt with me brilliantly. Apologising for the poor performance and telling me the corrective action he would take. Then he offered me one month credit.

This was followed up with a call and then an email from his supervisor reaffirming the corrective action.

Thank you for taking account of your error and offering a plan to fix it!
