On 14-01-2014 it took ADT 40 min to respond to an alarm activation at my house. When I complained about it it then took over three hours for a supervisor to get back to me.
Then on 27-01-2014 it took ADT 21 minutes to get to my house for another alarm activation.
When I contacted the area support manager I was told that they cannot guarantee response times and that there is basically nothing they can do to help me.
There is really no point in having armed response when they take that long to arrive on scene so good bye to you ADT - my contract is in the process of being cancelled.
If you live in Pinelands don't use ADT - by their own admission they only have 2 vehicles for the Pinelands / Maitland area...
