I had a problem with my car insurance. The call center agent who helped me wrote the wrong details (Bank Account Number, Physical address, Street name, Surname) on my policy and as a result my premium for October did not go through. I called miway and a lady by the name Carol did not help me and she actually dropped my call while we were teleconferencing with my prestige consultant from standard bank.
I was finally helped by Lebogang Mphahlele who checked all my details with me, and advised that my bank account was also incorrect. It is so scary to know that i have been driving without insurance just because someone at miway was careless in collecting my information.
I hope you will take corrective action against the consultant who did this, because i don't this happened only to me, many clients may have been affected. I wont change my insurance because of this one person, i will stay with miway, and i trust that you will take corrective action on this matter.
