Never paying back the money that needs to be refun

On thursday 21.02.2013 i phoned Wonga to find out if i can make a payment on my account earlier than my date that was stated on the loan, on this time they said i can make the payment and no funds will be debited off of my account on the due date. i then did the payment and sent the proof of payment to the collections department as i was instructed to do by Wonga staff. on Monday 25.02.2013 the money was debited off of my account, which Wonga staff confirmed would not happen, i then requested that they refund the money, and today the 01.03.2013 the money has not yet been refunded to me, and i need to keep on waiting up to 20 minutes to speak to a rude incompitent customer service agent (Cedrick). My debit orders have been returned and i am paying extra bank fees for this due to Wonga not refunding the money that they took from my account.
