Unethical & unauthorised debit on my account

Good morning

Two months have passed since I posted the exact same complaint for exactly the same reason and Fnb have once again decided to debit my cheque account without authorisation or notification for the full amount owing (R1641.93), this is the second time that Fnb has taken it upon themselves to help themselves to my account without so much as a word being discussed with me.

What makes it worse is that your nominated attorneys with whom I have had a payment arrangement to pay of the account have been debiting my account timeously every single month, obviously not paying the monies over to Fnb and me the client who has been fulfilling the payment arrangement has to bear the brunt and punishment of this unscrupulous and unethical practice when I have done nothing but conform to the arrangement.

This matter has been reported before in November 2013 and still to date still nobody at Fnb even bothered to investigate the matter with Gla, it was me who had to bring it to your attention that I am being debited but the monies owed to you are not been paid over, its just easier to take all the money from me, who cares if I'm paying double that is my problem!
