Oh no, that feedback is not acceptable at all, the account for Dr Venter was submitted WAY before the 90 day period, so that you cant use, I have proof of numerous times that this account was send to EM for payment, but it was probably thrown in the trash. I want this in writing that EM will not be held liable & is not responsible for this account & what the reason is & you will send it to my email address, thus I will just take this matter once more to the Ombud like I did all the other accounts (for the 300 odd Rands), I never said that this was part of my hospital account, I said its part of the pregnancy duration. Im tired of the service I received from EM & I will not sit back & let you financially ruin me, I will fight this battle till the end, as this company & it's staff do not know the underwriting, the product or even the basics of customer services, I paid for 3 years belonging to EM, & this is what I get, no matter, I await your letter of rejection so that I could bring this matter under the Ombuds attention. If I go back on Hello Peter Im not the only 1 you have done this to, but I can promise you, I wont go down like a good old dog. Send the letter.
