C TRACK DID NOT DELIVER ON THEIR SERVICE AGREEMENT

ON THE 28TH OF NOVEMBER 2012 I RECEIVED AN SMS NOTIFYING ME TO CONTACT A CALL CENTER NO 0860287225, AS MY VEHICLE HAD NOT REPORTED IN 48 HOURS. WHEN I CALLED THE AGENT CONFIRMED THAT MY UNIT WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. HE INFORMED ME THAT HE WILL CALL ME TO CONFIRM WHERE AND HOW THE MAINTANACE WILL BE DONE. THAT CALL NEVER CAME, AND ON THE MORNING OF THE 29TH I CALLED THE CALL CENTER TO FIND OUT HOW DO I FIX THE UNIT, THIS WAS ANOTHER FRUSTRATING PROCESS AS I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR AND WHEN I CALLED BACK I WAS TOLD THAT THIS WAS NORMAL HOLDING TIME TO GET ASSISTANCE. I CALLED AGAIN ON THE SAME AFTERNOON TO MY HORROR THE AGENT ON CALL TOLD ME THAT MY UNIT HAS NOT BEEN RESPONDING SINCE 1 JUNE 2012, CLEARLY I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR A FAULTY PRODUCT WITHOUT ANYONE SEEING IT FIT TO INFORM ME OF THIS, AND NOW AFTER THE ABOVE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED CTRAC STILL SEES IT FIT TO PENALISE ME FOR NOT WANTING TO CONTINUE USING YOUR SERVICES, REMEMBER THAT I WAS REFERED TO YOU BY THE DEALERSHIP AND I HAD VERY LITTLE CHOICE AND TIME TO APPROACH YOUR DIRECT COMPETITION. YOUR SERVICE IS POOR WITH A CAPITAL P AND THERE SEEM TO BE NO ENERGY IN DEALING WITH
