The DQ Track unit installed in my one vehicle is faulty and I keep on receiving calls from Discovery/DQ Track about Battery Tampering. With each of these calls I informed them that the unit is faulty and must be replaced/fixed. To date nothing has happened. I have actually been cc'd into the actual requests to fix this between departments, but apparently these mails are just ignored. I have been assured/promised that a Supervisor will call me, but nothing.
There was also an issue regarding the cards they had to send to me. More than one agent confirmed that these cards were sent just after I opened this policy, while other agents informed me that cards are only dispatched two weeks after policy commencement. or Incompetence or both??
