Tracking unit not working for months

On the 22.01.2014 I called the CC and requested to test my unit as I do not have the sim numbers as we were robbed. The guy that I spoke to could not pick up my account details. He transferred me to anther department, the agent that spoke to me had me on the line for 10m40s. He informed me that one of my tracking units have not been working since October last year and that the other unit is faulty and could not tell me where the vehicle was. He said that he will contact me back in 5 min regarding feedback about repairs. I am still waiting. On the 23.01 I contacted the call center again and was transfer to 3 people. When I got to customer care Elsie said that she would get back to me regarding credit on my payments for the months that the units were not working and regarding repairs. She called me back and told me that she will be getting the managers to sign of my credit and that she is booking the repair. I called again on the 24.01 as she did not call back, She promised to call me before 10. I called at 10.50 and was told that there is no booking for repairs on Sat and that I will not be getting my credit. I will make sure that this company looses all business and is shut down
