Unit ZBS062GP has been faulty since September 2012. Despite numerous calls (more than 50) to your call center, this matter has not been resolved. Last month, I was sent to Rivonia where another faulty unit has been installed. This is a business vehicle and it is imperative that I am able to keep accurate track of my vehicles at all times.
Because of Trackers lack of response and pathetically poor customer service, I wish to cancel all 4 vehicles with Tracker. I will be moving my business to another tracking service.
I also want a refund for all months since September 2012 for the Unit ZBS062GP. I refuse to pay for a service that I have not received.
