We requested ADT to move some sensors in our house on or about 17 April 2013. We received a statement and immediately paid by way of EFT and e-mailed the PoP to ADT Security Cape with the correct reference number T758934. Late August 2013 we started receiving SMSs for an unpaid bill. Numerous calls to the notorious ADT Call Centre to resolve the matter was unfruitfull. On 30 August 2013 ADT unlawfully debited my bank account with the applicable amount. This is after we have re-faxed the PoP to ADT Call Centre several times. Each call came with promises to investigate the matter and have resolved within a week, a day, an hour... etc. To date nothing has materialised. We are at our wits-end now as we have had accounting problems, technical problems and slow reponse times (a telephone call and hour after the alarm went off) from day one. Furthermore our monthly service was increased by nearly 10% without any notification. I would really appreciate this matter at all our prblems we have had with ADT resolved as a matter of urgency.
