Today is exactly one week later that I signed a contract with adt and to this point still have no activation on my system. I called on Wednesday, Thursday and on Friday last week to find out what the is going on only to be shunted from one person to the next. On thursday i called the rep that i signed with and was told she will follow up with the technical manager and they will call me back to get to the bottom of my problem - haha typical sales person rubbish cause here i still sit and wait. This morning I called and after being shunted from person to person and 17mins of holding on the phone there is still no resolution to my problem. My question to every person I speak to is now that I have signed the contract and something had to happen at home, who would be liable??? And of course there was not once a straight answer...
This is truly he most disgusting service I have ever received from a so called service provider...
I am extremely eager to see if they will call me or even try and respond to my complaint...
