I stay logged a problem on 05 September 2013 with the call centre that the eye in the small bedroom in my house doesn't sense. I recieved a call from a guy on stand by the very same evening who promised to get me a technician to come out by Friday morning to see what the problem is. Until this day, no body has come out to see what the problem it.
I wish there was an alternative, I have been unhappy with ADT from the very first day I had a business with them, the guys who came to install my system didn't put up the signage claiming that it was time for them to go home after coming in 4 hours later than the scheduled time. They promised to come put it up the next day and its now been 10months and still no signage. The only one I have I had to ask the guys who patrols out area to put one in from but there's still nothing at the back.
ADT's customer service is terrible and the reason for this is probably that they know there isn't much of a competition in their industry.
