Do you guys ever answer your phones

I have been trying to get through to netstar call center to get a certificate for my tracker for the past 3 days. i have been holding for more than 3O minutes and still no answer. one operator answered my call on Monday and he said he'll call me back after 5 minutes but never did. can i please have the certificate
