Signed contract for armed response for new premises. Was promised installation of radio next day (Day 1). No one came. Called salesperson - Duane - no answer. Left message - no response. Called Duane next day (Day 2), no answer - message, no response. Called following working day (Day 3), no answer - message, no response. Called ADT, said that someone would contact by day end. No call. Called Duane next day (day 4). No answer. Called ADT, they put Duane through to me. He promised to call back with news in 5 minutes. End of day no call. Starting day 5 after promised radio install date with no radio and no armed response for my business. Doubt they will release me from my contract, will see.
