Deduction of funds

Good Day

On the 28th of June I noticed an amount of R197.08 being deducted off my account.
The reference # was: PERS LOAN 035121 0101923 130628

My account # is: 623 283 866 29
ID: 750817 007 0 085

I do not have a personal loan with FNB.

I contact the Personal Loan Call Centre on the following days:
02 July (spoke to Duane)
12 July (spoke to Duane)
23 July 10:48 (spoke to Duane)
25 July (Spoke to Trevino)

They all agreed that there was no personal loan and that they have referred the matter to the administrators for a refund.
Initially I was told it would take 72 hours.
Trevino then confirmed on Thursday that I should expect a refund on Friday morning and that if I did not come right to call him.
I called him this morning at 09:59 and he is not available.

Today is the 29th of July (a month later) and I have not been reimbursed.

Please advise way forward.
