Since the 22nd August 4 assigned Chubb technicians have been unable resolve data error signals to the control room from 4 Porfie Place, Elardus Park. We find this totally unsatisfactory especially when after almost a month Chubb have demonstrated no capability to ensure that my alarm system is connecting correctly to their control room!
