Hi my name is Margaret, my husband passed away in August 2012.. I contacted ADT Security to inform them of my husbands passing.. I cant remember the guys name who I spoke to.. he said they have a death waiver for a year he said I must fill in some forms to become eligible .. he emailed the forms to me .. I filled them in and faxed them back to them on 31st August 2012.. ever since then they have benn sending me sms's to say if I don't pay the monthly account they will stop my security .. I have phoned them numerous times I spoke to a woman called Gaby.. they say they will get back to me but never do .. can you please help me?
